Description
Vintage walking dress with a hook and eye closure hidden behind the decorative covered buttons. It has princess seams down the front and back accented with covered buttons, the lower sides have the style of a pleated drop waist. The pleated area is topped with lace, and the dress also has a lace yoke, collar and lower sleeves. There are scallops and buttons along the top of the lightly puffed sleeves. 24 inch actual waist. Beautifully tailored dress from days gone by, the lightweight rose pink fabric has held up to the tests of time. It may be older than early 1900s, not sure, it came from an estate in Wyoming. It does have a few stains from storage, and is in fair vintage condition. Recently Reduced Price
