This is a Health Handbook for Home use, called the Sundhedshaandbog by Dr. C. A. Schmidt. Written in Danish, it covers everything from health care and diet to treating common illnesses and accidents, as well as bathing rules. Published in 1888. The binding is loose but still attached, it is string bound as was usual for it’s age. There are a few tears and water spots but it is quite readable. A RARE book in fair vintage condition.
