Just the plate no teacup. It is 6 inches in diameter, on the back is a sticker which if from Fred Roberts Company of San Francisco. China made in Japan. It has a golden rim and designs which also appear to be hand painted. Elegant filigree pattern. Fair used condition, would be a pretty decoration to hang on your wall.
