1998 Woody Woodpecker Bicycle Bell and Handlebar Accessory

This was a giveaway in 1998 from Hardees restaurants. Still sealed in it’s package, Woody Woodpecker wheel clacker still waits to adorn some lucky kid’s bike. Or, a unique addition to a happy meal toy’s collector’s stash. The package has some wear from being stored all these years, Woody still in new condition inside the package.
